Quality Assurance

We carefully inspect every item before shipping to ensure it meets our quality standards.

Each order is packaged securely to prevent damage during transit.

We send photos and videos of your item before shipping so you can verify the product before it leaves our facility.


Returns

We accept returns under the following conditions:

  • The item must be returned within 14 days of delivery
  • The item must be in its original condition, unused, and unworn
  • All original packaging, tags, and accessories must be included
  • You must contact us via email before sending any return

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.


Non-Returnable Items

The following items are not eligible for return:

  • Items that have been used, worn, or altered
  • Items returned without original packaging or tags
  • Items that show signs of damage caused by the customer
  • Jewelry items for hygiene reasons, unless defective

Refund Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed within 5 to 10 business days using the original payment method.

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the return is due to a defective or incorrect item.


Exchanges

If you would like to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us.

Exchanges are subject to product availability.

If the desired item is not available, we will offer a refund instead.


Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue.

We will arrange a replacement or full refund, including shipping costs, at no additional charge to you.


Wrong Item Received

If you receive an item that is different from what you ordered, please contact us immediately with photos.

We will arrange for the correct item to be sent to you and cover the return shipping cost for the incorrect item.
